Cost of shipping will be available on the "PayPal" checkout page, prior to finalizing the transaction. Custom delivery options (i.e. insurance, signature required, etc.) are not offered unless requested by the customer. Any custom delivery requests will be at the expense of the customer. Happy Kimonos is not responsible for lost shipments.
Sending a kimono to Happy Kimonos for custom dying is at the expense of the customer. We recommend the customer purchase a "return receipt" service and perhaps insurance for the value of your item. Happy Kimonos will not be held responsible for lost shipments being sent to us.
